From booking up to 30 days 45% of the amount paid
up to 15 days 55%
up to 7 days 75%
up to 3 days 85%
from 2 days until no show 100%
Other causes of loss of the 100% amount are
-uncommunicated delays, and in any case a delay of more than one hour, whatever the cause, requires a
service update according to our availability.
-if the customer shows up with a different number than the one booked, or a greater number of bags than
those listed in the booking.
Cancellation by us:
When we cannot provide the service, we will notify it as soon as possible and refund the amount paid, and at
that point we will no longer be responsible for anything. When there are conditions not attributable to us, such
as weather, third party accidents, terrorism, political demonstrations, police checkpoints or unusual traffic
levels, WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY, we will give no refund.
