CANCELLATION POLICIES.
From booking to 30 days: 45% of the amount paid
Up to 15 days: 55%
Up to 7 days: 75%
Up to 3 days: 85%
From 2 days to no-show: 100%
LOSS OF AMOUNT
Other causes of loss of the 100% amount are:
- Uncommunicated delays, and in any case, a delay of more than one hour, regardless of the cause, require a service upgrade based on our availability.
- If the customer arrives with a number different from the one booked, or with more baggage than indicated in the booking.
CANCELLATION BY US
If we are unable to provide the service, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund
the amount paid. We will then no longer be responsible for anything. In the event of conditions beyond our control,
such as weather, accidents involving third parties, terrorism, political demonstrations, police checkpoints, or
unusual traffic levels, WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY and will not provide any refunds.
